Meet Carrie Hennessey
I was born in New Jersey, raised in South Florida, but now call North Carolina home! I came here for college (go State!) and decided to stay here and raise my family.
When buying my first house (as a single mom) I felt like I didn't have the guidance I needed to make the right choices, so I decided it would be my purpose to focus on helping people understand the choices they're making in real estate and how to make the best ones for themselves.
I started off in multi-family property management, and did that for 12 years. However, I'm better suited being my own boss, and I really have a passion for helping people. I've been in real estate sales for the past 8 years and I have experience in everything from residential, commercial, first-time homebuyers, relocation, and investment properties.
When I am not with clients I am with my beautiful family - husband Barrett and my four children Jaidyn, Sydney, Elijah, and little Barrett. We are sports lovers and lovers of fun in general.
It gives me great joy to be a real estate matchmaker and find the right property for each individual client and situation and I would love to connect with you!
Meet Carrie Richardson
Hello, I am Carrie Richardson and super excited to help you meet your real estate goals.
I was born in Wilmington, NC and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. In 1995, I moved to Raleigh to attend Meredith College. I absolutely fell in love with Raleigh and just had to live here after college. When I met my husband years later, I convinced him that this is where we need to be!
I have lived in the Triangle for over 29 years now and love to share my knowledge of the area so that my clients can fall in love, too!
My husband and I live in Heritage, Wake Forest with our 14 year old daughter and rescue Labrador. I enjoy home improvement projects which really come in handy when I am helping my clients visualize how they can make a certain house their home!

My family LOVES Halloween! We take the entire year to plan our Halloween theme!
